In our senior year 1964-65, Burl Fields was Dean of Boys at Westmont High School.  In 2015 Burl attended our 50 year class reunion in Los Gatos and was friendly and outgoing to all.  Our classmates at the reunion were real pleased that he came.  Burl passed away on July 25, 2022 at the age of 98.  May he Rest in Peace.

"Burl was an educator for 40 years who positively influenced many students. He was the first principal at Branham High School. He loved working with youth and their families. Burl will be remembered for his sharp wit and endearing smile. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was married for 69 years to his wife, Chelly. He was the father of Deborah and Edward, and grandfather of Conner and Dominick."
