John passed away in May. His wife Sally provided these details. John had  Leukemia for many years and was regularly monitored. Recently the Leukemia had flared up and lymph nodes in his stomach were pressing on his liver and spine. It happened so quickly, there was no time for treatment, just pain meds to keep him comfortable. A memorial service is tentatively planned for the end of July. As soon as we receive more information from Sally, the class will be notified.
